YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California’s “Shine the Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what personal data (if any) we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the previous calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once per year per person, must be sent to the email address below, and are free of charge. However, we do not disclose personal data protected under the “Shine the Light” law to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Yes, we ship worldwide with the exception of a few territories. We provide duty and tax fees at checkout so nothing additional is due at the receipt of your order.

Yes, and some of our styles are unavailable online. Please call us with details of the item that you wish to purchase and your billing information. Customer care is available Monday - Friday 9am-6pm pst at 844.952.3229.
What type of delivery do you offer?
We offer ground shipping, 2 day and overnight options through Fedex.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and JCB. We also accept payment through PayPal, Apple Pay and Affirm.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, payment is captured immediately. At that time, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. In stock items will be packed and shipped within two business days. Items not in stock will note the expected delivery date on the product page. Once FedEx has possession of your package you will receive a separate email with your tracking information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
To provide the best possible service for our customers, we begin processing an order as soon as the order is placed. Because we may have started the processing of your order immediately, we cannot update or cancel orders more that 5 hours after placing.
Please note that we can retroactively apply missing promotional codes within 7 days of your order being shipped.
How do I check my order status?
If you placed your order while logged in to your maoroffical.com account: To check your order status, navigate to the "Orders" section of your account. Here, you can see detailed order information about your current and past orders. If your order has shipped, you can view the tracking information.
Do you charge for shipping and returns?
We offer free ground shipping and returns on all orders within the continental U.S.
What are the benefits of creating an account online?
Creating an account allows you to save your order details for a speedy checkout, create wish lists, and monitor active order processing independently.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of eligible products purchased online through our website within 5 days of delivery of order with the exception of items noted as FINAL SALE on the product detail page and at checkout are not eligible for return. For more details, see our Return Policy.
How do I make a return?
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return merchandise within 5 days of receipt. Reach out to customercare@maoroffical.com or call/text 844.952.3229 with your return request. You will receive an approval code and packing slip via email. Pack the items you are returning in the original package; enclose the original packing slip with your approval code written on it in your return package. Seal the box securely and adhere the return shipping label included with your order to the package. Packages can either be dropped off at any authorized Fedex location.Please ensure the package is scanned for tracking purposes and obtain a receipt if possible.
Can I return my online MAOR order in-store?
Online purchases cannot be returned in stores. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details. In-store purchases cannot be returned online. Terms and policies may differ in-store.
I shipped my return, when will I receive my refund?
Please allow for 1-3 business days after the receipt of your return shipment for us to process your refund. You will be notified via e-mail with receipt confirmation of your refund. If you have an inquiry about the status of your refund, please contact customercare@maorofficial.com or call/text 844.952.3229.
How do I pay 4 interest-free installments?
Select Affirm to split your purchase into 4 equal payments, charged automatically every two weeks beginning at the time your order is confirmed (usually the shipment date). No bills are sent - you can simply sit back, relax, and enjoy your purchase.
Is there a fee to pay in 4 interest-free installments?
There are no upfront fees or interest when you pay in installments through Affirm.
What is monthly financing through Affirm?
Monthly financing is available when you choose the Affirm payment option at the time of checkout. This affordable and highly flexible open-end line of credit is issued by Affirm, and it allows you to pay for your purchases over time and can be used anywhere in the Affirm merchant network.
Will this effect my credit score?
When you choose to Pay in 4 interest-free installments, Affirm may perform a soft credit check. This type of credit check will not impact your credit score. Monthly financing applications will take credit score and credit history into consideration when determining if the application is approved.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Although some items are in stock and may ship within two to three business days, most items on the website are produced to order, and therefore may require up to 14 business days in production before they are shipped. In some instances, production may take up to two weeks depending on material availability. Shipping transit times vary depending on the service chosen. We ship all orders via UPS. If special shipping instructions are required, such as to an APO / AFO, or certain international destinations, please contact us in advance for arrangement. We reserve the right to ship via the carrier of our choice to ensure the most reliable and secure shipping method wherever UPS shipping is not available.

REFUND POLICY
At M.Cohen customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Our items are all handmade with the highest quality materials, and with intricate attention to detail. If any of the items in your order are incorrect or defective in any way, please contact us at 323.782.0600 for an exchange within 14 days of the date of receipt, provided:
The item is unworn and in its original condition, and
The original Packing Slip/invoice is included with the return.
Please note the order error or specific defects. Items must be securely packed, and packages must be shipped back to us using a traceable method such as UPS or Fed-Ex. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number. For your protection, items should be insured for their full value.
Only merchandise received by us can be processed for exchange or store credit.
If you are exchanging an item due to a error made by M.Cohen, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you.
M.Cohen items are handmade in our Los Angeles boutique once ordered, we do not keep items in stock. Due to this rare and personal nature of our art, we do not process refunds.
